The S350AS flashlight laser methane telemetry instrument consists of an optical mechanical system, a signal processing system, a display and alarm system, and a housing component. Mainly used for remote measurement of methane or methane containing gases (natural gas, gas, or similar gases) concentration, it can be widely used for rapid positioning and detection of gas pipelines.

The S350AS laser methane telemetry instrument emits an infrared laser beam to the detection point, which can quickly measure the concentration of gas masses between the detection point and the telemetry instrument. For the convenience of observation, the telemetry also simultaneously emitted a visible red laser beam to the detection point. This telemetry instrument can detect the methane concentration value at the location in real time and accurately, and display and store it. When it exceeds the alarm value, it will sound and light an alarm for personnel to make subsequent actions.
